This is a powerful scientific and educational institution with the certification of the European Quality Assurance Agency. The Faculty focuses not only on student training, but also on advanced training of practicing specialists.
The Faculty has 11 modern scientific and educational laboratories, a clinic and a vivarium where animals and birds are kept.
Foreign students from Azerbaijan, Ghana, Zambia, Zimbabwe, India, China, Nigeria, Turkey, Turkmenistan, and Uzbekistan study here.
Veterinary drugs and remedies developed by the Faculty are widely introduced into production by leading pharmaceutical companies.
Graduates have the opportunity to work in departments of State Consumer Services, diagnostic laboratories, private clinics, at production and teaching in HEIs.
