We would like to note that the processing of an entry visa can take about 1 month, so it is necessary to send the specified documents in the section “How to receive an invitation to study” no later than 2 months before the start of classes. After receiving a type “D” study visa, you must inform the Centre for Cooperation with Foreign Students (snauinterstud@gmail.com) the date and time of your arrival in Ukraine, the flight number, as well as the connection (route), in order to draw up a letter for the meeting.

Arrival in Ukraine

For citizens of countries with a visa regime for entering Ukraine, it is necessary to: submit a package of documents for opening a long-term (student) visa (type D visa) to the Ukrainian embassy in your country. In addition to the documents required for visa issuance, the original invitation to study in Ukraine must be submitted to the Embassy of Ukraine. The University sends you the original invitation after its registration in the Electronic Journal Automated System.
