The Faculty prepares specialists for hotel and restaurant complexes, catering enterprises, and processing enterprises. Students are provided with the opportunity to gain practical skills at the public catering establishments and partner enterprises – «Hlobino», «MHP (Myronivskyi Hliboproduct)», etc. On the basis of the Faculty, an international project «Improving Professional Skills in the Field of Meat Processing in Ukraine» is being implemented with the support of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.
Young scientists of the Faculty have repeatedly won international awards andreceived research grants. In particular, the discovery of technology to create a biological plastic substitute was heard all over the world.
In addition, the scientists of the Faculty participated in the development of the manufacturing technology of hypoallergenic milk A2, which will soon be launched for bulk production.
